Jhootha Hi Sahi is an upcoming romantic comedy Hindi film directed by Abbas Tyrewala. The film stars John Abraham and Pakhi (Tyrewala’s wife) in lead roles. The film also features Raghu Ram (from Roadies) in a supporting role (I am very excited to see him in a movie. Is he going to use the same Roadies language?? ). The music has been composed by none other than A. R. Rahman. The film is expected to hit the theaters on 15 October, 2010.

Ganesha Chaturthi Festival 2010 Date is on September 11 this year which is after Eid 2010 india. Ganesha Chaturthi, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi or Vinayaka Chavathi is the Hindu festival of Ganesha, the elephant-headed son of Shiva and Parvati, who is believed to bestow his presence on earth for all his devotees in the duration of this festival.

Vinayaka Chaturthi or Vinayaka Chavathi is the birthday of Lord Ganesha who is widely worshiped as the god of wisdom, prosperity and good fortune. Vinayaka Chavathi Pooja Celebrations were done across india in Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat,Orissa , Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh by sending Vinayaka Chaturthi SMS Greetings or Vinayaka Chaturthi wishes or Ganesha Chaturthi messages or Ganesha Chaturthi Wallpapers or Vinayaka Chaturthi Pictures or Photots of Ganesh. Vinayaka Chaturthi or Vinayaka Chavathi festival is observed in the Hindu calendar month of Bhaadrapada, starting on the shukla chaturthi (fourth day of the waxing moon period). Ganesha Chaturthi date usually falls between 20 August and 15 September. The festival lasts for 10 days, ending on Anant Chaturdashi (fourteenth day of the waxing moon period). While Ganesha Chaturthi Festival celebrated outside India also in Nepal and Tamil Hindus in Sri Lanka.

Malayalam Director Venu Nagavalli Death

Malayalam director Venu Nagavalli passed away yesterday at Kings Hospital in Thiruvananthapuram at 1.30 am.

He was ailing for some time due to kidney-related diseases.

Venu Nagavally was an Indian actor, screenwriter and director of Malayalam cinema. Son of late writer, commentator and broadcaster Nagavally R S Kurup, Venu has acted in around 50 films and directed a dozen-odd movies.
